Carla Allbee and Steve Romein formed Allbee Romein, Inc. in early 1995 as a certified WBE focused on providing space planning, project management, and interior design services to both the public and private sector.  Allbee Romein includes a team of architects and designers, bringing a variety of design backgrounds to a client's project team.
